Shipping Policy and Disclaimer
International Shipping
International shipping can be expensive and tricky. We have chosen the Canada Postal Service for our international shipping because they are typically less than HALF the cost of UPS or FedEx. However, we do not guarantee shipping times. The times shown are only estimates. Typically they are accurate. If your package appears to be overdue please contact us and we may be able to track it for you if tracking is available. However, please note that usually, we cannot track international packages except for Priority Courier and Express Post.
We must wait 60 days from the time of shipment before we can file a claim with the Canada Post. Therefore, we may not refund or resend an overdue international order until 60 days from the time of shipment. Typically, if there is a problem the order will be returned to us before 60 days at which time we will determine the best course of action. Depending on the weight of your order and the country you are shipping to you may be able to choose from the following:
Priority Courier (Traceable)
Express Post (Traceable)
Expedited (Airmail Parcel Post)
Regular Parcel Post (Ground)
NOTE: The most common causes of an international becoming late are getting through customs or an incomplete mailing address. The heavier the order the more likely it will be searched and therefore held up in customs.
Fraud
We reserve to right to cancel and refund any order that may be possibly fraudulent. If we suspect a problem we will contact you to verify the order.
Duties and Customs
When you receive your package you may have to pay duties or taxes if you live anywhere outside Canada. Ask your local post office for details. We are not responsible for local fees. If you fail to pay local duties or taxes and your package is returned to us your shipping will not be refunded.
Domestic Shipping
Your order will usually ship the day after you order it. However, orders made on Friday after 2 P.M. US Central Standard Time will ship the following business day. You should therefore start your internal shipping clock after your order would have shipped. If your package appears to be overdue please contact us and we can track it for you if tracking is available. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

NOTE: Many items are insured or have a confirmation sticker on them. This means that you have to sign for it. If delivery is attempted and youre not there -- the Post Office will leave a notice. You may miss it. Call your local Post Office to see if your package is sitting there. They will usually hold it for a week or so. If you fail to pick up your item from the Post Office and it is returned to us you may be charged to re-ship the item. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Handling and Fees
We add shipping and handling to every order to cover the price of the materials and the time to pack your product. We also recycle some materials to keep our costs down - Your order may come in a recycled mailer.
Damaged or Undelivered items
We will make you happy and if your package is damaged please send us an email regarding the condition of the damaged goods for a Return Authorization. If you do not receive your item contact us so we can track the package if possible. Not all packages are traceable.
Returns
We have a no return policy.
